Used day pass for mainly to attend group exercise class today, and staff at desk booked me in to it, but I could have also gone into the gym and swimming pool, that's the good thing with day passes at Lanes is that you can use all facilities with it, whereas other locations only allow just gym use.

Went with a friend to do two spin classes and have coffee in their lovely cafe. Very affordable menu, friendly staff. Lanes offer two different types of spin classes known as XLR8 and Les Mills Sprint & RPM. The bikes are Technogym and are in great new condition and the studio is air conditioned
