About this gym

Romans Health and Leisure Club is an excellent health club in Leicester that boasts an excellent range of facilities coupled with a refreshing interior and welcoming and helpful staff. Much time and effort has been put into the consideration and selection of equipment that can be adapted to all forms of exercise on top of a hard-earned inclusive philosophy and supportive yet motivating atmosphere within the gym. Romans Health and Leisure Club comes equipped with a wide selection of equipment. The gym is home to a vast range of cardiovascular equipment, an array of free weights and resistance machines to work every muscle group. Romans is also home to a seventeen-metre swimming pool, a whirlpool, sauna, steam room and a team of health and fitness specialists. Romans Health and Leisure Club can be found on the grounds of Sketchley Grange Hotel and Spa. The hotel is situated just off the A5, not far from Hinckley train station. This location allows the gym to be accessible for those around the Leicester area which makes it convenient to visit from wherever you may be coming from! Please note that towels are not included so please bring your own if you require one. Children are permitted into the club as long as they are supervised by an adult. Customers will need to call in advance to book children in otherwise may be refused entry so please call to book to avoid disappointment. The charges per child are £5 on a weekday and £8 on the weekend paid at reception. Please be advised that children under 16 are only allowed between 8.00 – 10.00 and 16.00 – 19.00
