OK gym. Bit small and therefore not loads of equipment. That said it was nt busy so didnt have to wait. Seems pleasant enough but on a small plot and parking not great.

Reminder they close 1 hour before listed on the site. So when you turn up at 2130 thinking they close at 2300 and still let you use your pass it's a bit of a rip off.

Nice clean gym with very friendly and helpful staff. Good range of cardio equipment. Decent amount of cable resistance machines but need more dumbbells and free weights for the more experienced/serious trainers.
