South Lanarkshire Lifestyle's Lanark opened its doors in January 2010. The centre is the first integrated Leisure and Social Work Facility to open within the Clydesdale area.
The 35 station fitness gym consists of a variety of high tech pieces of equipment including 16 Life Fitness Cardio-vascular machines, 13 Life Fitness and HUR resistance machines, Power Plate, A weight area consisting of a Max Rack, Dual-Use Pulley & bench area and a stretch/abdominal area.
The suite is supervised by fully qualified staff, all of whom are on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP's).
In addition whether you want to lane swim on your lunch break to stay fit, take your kids for a fun splash, or you just fancy a quick dip, Lanark's 25 metre swimming pool provides a safe, spacious swimming environment for you.

A nice Leisure Centre gym whilst on a visit to Lanark. Not to busy but a little limited on equipment. If I'm in the area I will certainly use again.
