Please note: We are closed on Bank Holidays.This friendly little gym offers a good range of training equipment and welcomes people of all ages and abilities.
There are 3 Treadmills, 2 Cross Trainers, 2 Rowing Machines and 3 Bikes, as well as a dedicated Free Weights area and 2 Multi-Weights stations.
The atmosphere at the gym is informal and relaxed so you can exercise at your own pace.
Please note that these facilities are within a school so may not always be available to the public. Please check with the staff on site for opening hours.

Great little gym, and usually pretty quiet. Only downside is that the toilets are never open so you have to go right back to reception to ask which toilet is open to use. Other than that, it’s a great little gym!

It's ok but it's a run down gym in a upto date modern academy....it's a great starting step but eventually will need a proper gym if training big....great for general fitness/weight training

As you know we share the facilities with the school so it is used by the students during the day, due to this fact there are certain pieces of equipment that can not be put in the gym because of the age range of the children. We strive to ensure that the equipment is up and running and maintained regularly.

This was my first visit to this gym, I was really impressed with the ease of using my code to enter the building. The lady on the front desk was really friendly and helpful. There were 3 people in the gym when i got there and all seemed friendly. I was impressed with the range of equipment on offer.
