The Lockwood Park Health and Fitness Club is a multi-purpose venue with both wet and dry leisure facilities.
The gym at Lockwood Park Health and Fitness Club consists of various Technogym resistance and cardiovascular machines including treadmills, cross trainers, steppers, rowing machines and much more!
In addition, there is a dedicated free weights area to conduct your exercises as well as fitness aids such as Swiss balls.
Fully qualified staff are always willing to offer excellent advice and to lend a hand with your workout.
Lockwood train station is nearby making this Centre easily accessible.

Great experience. The Hussle pass can be used with the classes as well. Top quality facilities and spotlessly clean. Shame there isn’t a Sauna or steam room.

Would definitely recommend this gym! No problems redeeming the Hussle pass. Great cardio equipment and plenty of machines except for the stepper where there are only two of them.

Great gym set in beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff and spotless changing facilities. Extensive range of cardio machines and a decent strength training area. Plenty of on-site and free parking

As a regular gym user, this gym is perfect for when I come to visit my mum. Friendly staff; excellent cardio facilities; modern changing rooms and ample parking. No issues using the Hussle Pass.

Fantastic. The gym is huge with a great variety of machines. Plenty of staff on hand for support. Wide variety of entertainment in the form of a large number of televisions and each area of the facility has a different radio station on. Clean and tidy changing rooms.

I love this gym. 5e gym is clean and tidy. There are free refresher facilities. Staff are lovely. There is plenty of parking. There is a large number of TV’s around the site to watch whilst training. The only area for improvement would be the opening time s there not great if you do shift work
