About this gym

Hussle Customers are advised that their codes will NOT work with their 24Hr entry system and therefore must visit between 09:00 and 19:00 for entry. Evolution Fitness Houghton is a multifunctional gym located in Houghton Le Spring, DH4. The gym is situated on Newbottle St in the centre of town and is open to all fitness enthusiasts. The gym contains a weights section which has barbells, olympic weights, dumbbells up to 35KG. There is a variety of resistance machines including cable machines on offer, supported by a selection of cardio equipment. There is also a functional room in the club which has tyres, TRX, rings, punch bags and bars. A separate studio is available outside of the class schedule. A dedicated S&C room is available for classes an use after 5pm which is equipped with a 13m sprint / sled track, crossfit style pull up bars and Olympic lifting platforms. The facilities don't stop there! Evolution Fitness Houghton also has a sauna available to use. Changing facilities are all on site and there is a parking lot with 10 spaces monitored by CCTV, otherwise you can park on the streets nearby. The Prince Bishop 20 bus stops outside the gym. Additionally, National Award Winning Personal Training is available.
