The gym contains the latest state of the art Technogym equipment that includes cardio machines, resistance machines and a large free weights area. They hold plenty of class activities here as well. Please speak to a member of staff to find out more information about these.
Why stop your workout in the gym? This gym has a 20-metre indoor swimming pool for you to be able to do a few lengths. Once you’ve completed your workout then why not relax in the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi or solarium.
The hotel and spa is easy to find as it’s just a short drive from the A414 on the western side of Sawbridgeworth. If you’re travelling by public transport then the closest rail station is Sawbridgeworth and it’s an 8-minute taxi journey from there.

This is a lovely place, nice to relax and not to busy. In peak periods of course it's busier, but it's not uncommon to have the pool or gym to yourself!

Reception staff friendly, knew all about Hussle pass. The equipment at the Gym very good. Induction was a bit odd. I asked about upper body equipment told to eat less and go to gym more. They have a wellness app couldn’t get it to work properly. Would recommend gym to others though despite thi
