SOLUS FIT is Hemel Hempstead's first on-demand micro gym — a premium, private fitness facility that redefines the way you train. Located at Maylands Avenue Plaza, they offer two fully private, fully equipped gym pods that you book by the hour through their app. When you book a pod, the entire space is yours — no shared equipment, no crowds, no waiting. Simply download the SOLUS FIT app, choose your date and time, and unlock your pod on arrival. It's that easy. Whether you're training solo, bringing a friend, or working out as a small group — each pod accommodates up to 4 people and is completely private for the duration of your session. The pods are equipped with premium BLK BOX strength and conditioning equipment including a half rack, cable machine, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, plyo boxes, Olympic rings, boxing gloves and pads, leg extension and curl machine, plus digital workout screens to guide your session. POD 1 - features a private en-suite shower and changing room. POD 2 - features an accessible private WC and changing room, plus a NordicTrack treadmill and rowing ergometer for dedicated cardio training. How to find them - OLUS FIT is located at 38 Juniper Square, Unit 2, Maylands Avenue Plaza, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4GB — in the heart of Maylands Business Park, one of Hertfordshire's largest commercial hubs. By Car: they are easily accessible from the A414 and a short drive from Hemel Hempstead town centre. Free on-site parking is available directly at Maylands Avenue Plaza — no parking stress before or after your session. By Train: Hemel Hempstead Railway Station (operated by West Midlands Railway) offers direct services from London Euston (approximately 30 minutes). From the station, SOLUS FIT is accessible by taxi, local bus, or a short cycle ride. By Bus: Several bus routes serve Maylands Avenue directly. The most useful routes are the 20 and 302, with stops at Maylands Avenue, Maylands Business Park and Cleveland Road — all within a 2-5 minute walk of our entrance.
