At United Krav Maga Force, participants are empowered to learn practical, real-world self-defence techniques at their own pace, all within a welcoming and inclusive environment. The organisation is built on the belief that self-defence should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, body type, fitness level, or previous experience. Whether someone is completely new to training or looking to build on existing skills, classes are designed to meet each individual where they are. Women are especially encouraged to join our supportive community, and a practical training environment is ideal for building confidence and skills in a safe and empowering space. Adult self-defence classes are held at St George's School (Old Gym) on Mondays and Fridays.
