Don't just take their word for it, even their members have voted them 'Most Loved Business in Town' and all of the staff are very proud that they think so!
As this gym is based at Guildford College on Stoke Road they have excellent access to Stoke Park so if you fancy outdoor training as part of your workout then they have a fantastic resource on our doorstep. If you haven't been to see them before, they are on the ground floor of the five-storey building right opposite the little car park. Pop in and to have a look around!
Your fitness is important to them and they believe that a friendly supportive atmosphere makes it easier to achieve your goals, ask for advice, get help with your fitness programme, even just de-stress with a coffee and a natter! They can help with weight-loss, toning, building muscle, flexibility, training for specific sports or events or any other fitness goals you may have. They offer a range of activities to help you find something you enjoy - tailored gym programmes, Pilates, Zumba, Spinning, Boxing Circuits, Stretch classes and lots more.
Here they want you to think of their gym as your happy place, exercise as your sanctuary from hectic day-to-day Guildford living, rather than a chore to be endured. They have TVs in the gym to keep you entertained and always play motivating music to get you in the mood to exercise - and if there is something you'd like them to play to help your workout along, just ask! They really mean it when they say 'Walk in a stranger, work out as a friend!'

Quite a small gym but never packed so you can get on equipment easily! Not many machines but for a quick easy workout it’s great.

This place is average size, and the is enough equipment of various sizes. This is first time I had to fill forms which delayed entrance for a while. Some of the equipment needs a very good clean. But on the whole I would come back as it convenient.
