Ideally located next to Frome College just outside the centre of Frome , Frome Leisure Centre welcomes everyone regardless of their fitness levels or goals! The health club has a fully equipped gym packed with state-of-the-art exercising equipment, with knowledgeable Fitness experts ready to support you achieving your fitness goals. Their cardio training range included treadmills, cross trainers, rowers and spin bikes to help you achieve your goals. You’ll find plenty of resistance training machines here as well, such as the lat pull down, leg curl and chest press just to name a few. All your weight training needs will be fulfilled with the abundance of equipment in the free weights area. The area boasts a range of dumbbells, plate-loaded barbells, benches, and more to ensure you get a well-rounded workout. There’s also a good range of functional training kit here, such as kettlebells, medicine balls, and exercise rollers.
