Ship Shape Gym

Please bring a towel with you to use while training in the gym. Ship Shape Gym is Falkirk's longest established health club. We have over 30 years experience and are more than happy to give you advise and help during your visit. Our main gym area has everything you need for a great workout. Our resistance equipment is American designed Polaris machines, which are among the best on the market. Don’t take our word for it, why not come along and try them out for yourself? A dual pulley and smith machine complete our range of machines. Our free weights include dumbells from 1kgs-50kgs, various Olympic bars, e-z bar, tricep bar, decline olympic bench press, Power Rack, Kettlebells and a seated plate loading calf machine. Our circuit & Cardio area houses our functional training frame work. You can perform numerous body weight exercises as well as attaching various resistance bands and straps. There is a selection of medicine balls, power bags, bulgarian bags, Vip-R, plyo boxes, slam balls, skipping ropes, Grip-R, punch bag, concept rowers, treadmills, x-trainers, bike and various other machines and equipment. Use of the circuit area is included in your pass or why not attend one of our classes. We have been running circuit classes both indoor and outdoor since 1996. No two classes are the same and we cater from beginner to advanced with a maximum of ten participants in a class. We have changing rooms, showers, members lounge and sell various drinks, supplements and bars. Our gym is very friendly and our members are great. Why not come along, you won't be disappointed and you'll have a great workout. Parking nearby in council Town Hall car park or ASDA offer 1.5 hrs free parking.
