Facilities at Epping Sports Cetnre include a fully equipped fitness studio with cardio and resistance machines as well as free weights. Fitness motivators are on hand to give advice and encouragement.
A group exercise class timetable also operates. A crèche is available which is open each weekday morning (please call ahead). Racquet sports are also offered, including badminton, squash and table tennis. To enquire about hiring courts, please contact reception
Epping Sports Centre is located just a three-minute walk from Epping underground station (Central Line) and with ample car parking on site, the site is accessible for every type of commuter. If you are coming by car the venue is just a short five-minute drive (1.1 miles) off the M25.

Staff lovely & helpful. Good changing rooms, with cubicles to get changed in, & clean too. Gym area had all I expected, but was a little cramped in areas & I had to carefully manoeuvre myself around people a few times so not to knock into them. More mirrors would be good to create a nice

The gym is very clean. Setbacks are that parking can be tricky and they are currently having building work done, I think the gym will be much better once this is complete.

Andrea on the reception desk was very helpful. Goes a long way when staff are like that, instead of the usual can’t be bothered attitude you tend to encounter, especially in many gyms. She welcomed me and made it easy to get going. Great use of space in the gym area . Parking not good but ex
