This gym has state-of-the-art facilities in which you can complete your fitness goals and strive for a transformation! Based in EH11, Fitness Street have a variety of equipment for example, the fantastic cardio machines that include Assault Bikes, Intenza adjustable Stepmills, Concept 2 Ski Ergs all of it to ultimately allow you burn calories and allow you to feel a lot lighter after a great cardio session! If you’re looking to build strength and really grow those muscles with squat stands, half power racks, dumbbells ranging from 1kg-100kg, cable stations, Smith Machines, Vertical Leg Press and Hack Squat. With large variety of apparatus available, you can be assured Lift has every type of equipment you could need to hit the desired muscle every workout to ensure you are making gains whether you’re trying to build mass, tone or just torch the cals!
