Please note the restricted opening hours due to the gym being inside the school.3d Health & Fitness Wey Valley is an excellent gym located inside the Wey Valley School and with a range of cardio, weights and functional equipment with extra studios there is something for everyone. Come down and give it a try!
Inside the gym there is a variety of cardio equipment; rowers, bikes, treadmills and crosstrainers. A variety of resistance machines are also spread across the gym floor and a free weights area has dumbbells, benches, barbells and a smithy along with plenty of weight plates. A separate rack of weighted barbells can also be used. The gym has a custom made functional training rig which has pullup and dip stations, monkey bars and stall bars and rack of medicine balls and kettlebells. Attached to the rig is a punch bag, TRX station and battle ropes can also be used,
Separate to the gym there is a studio used for classes and an extra spin studio. 3d Health & Fitness Wey Valley has changing facilities and free parking on site. The club is on site at the school and can be accessed via public transport from Dorchester Road.
