About this gym
Please note:
COVID-19 Updates:
- This club requires you to call ahead to check availability and book
- Please note that due to limited capacity, the pool is not available at the moment. Therefore, it is gym use only at this time
- Entry times to the club will be staggered to allow for additional concentrated cleaning and comfortable social distancing practices
- Initially, members will be asked to keep to a 45-minute time slot to allow our team time to sanitise and disinfect between sessions
- All gym users should arrive ‘gym-ready’
- On arrival, you will be required to undertake a Covid-19 temperature check. Members who register a temperature of 38 degrees or above will not be permitted entry

Using the very latest technically advanced equipment and techniques such as Power Plate, Acceleration Training, and TechnoGym cardiovascular and resistance equipment, they can guide you to your own personal goals and targets.
The fully equipped TechnoGym fitness suite provides you with the latest in fitness training. All of the equipment has its own interactive console called Unity. Unity consoles allow you to track your training using a Smart Key or even your Smartphone. You also have access to a large array of apps and can log onto the internet whilst training. The fitness suite includes a full range of cardiovascular equipment, fixed weight machines, free weights, and functional training equipment.
The machines available will help you: burn fat, improve body definition, enhance muscle endurance, maximise overall performance, increase aerobic capacity, build muscular strength and endurance, hone speed and co-ordination, enhances determination, focus, and patience, relieve stress etc.
