About this gym
Please note that on Sundays, the gym is closed between 10:15-11:15 for gym circuits class.Ongar Leisure Centre, run by Places Leisure offers both indoor and outdoor facilities set in the heart of Essex.
The gym at Ongar Leisure Centre provides you with everything that you will need to complete a full workout. The latest Precor equipment is housed in the gym and results cards are provided which offer you a different workout every time you visit. The fully qualified gym instructors will be able to give advice and help you with your workout. The large swimming pool provides additional ways of completing your workout.
If you would like to have a brief orientation of the club before your workout, please call 01277 363969 to book this.
Ongar Leisure Centre is located on The Gables and can be reached by bus services 46, 47, 146 and 436. Car parking is available on site free of charge.
