They are a passionate, motivated and highly skilled team at Core Fitness and collectively hold over 30 years of experience in personal and group exercise. They understand the importance of support when undertaking a fitness programme, so whether you're a complete novice or an experienced gym goer, they will provide the right level of support necessary, to leave you confident and feeling at ease.
Available at this site is a huge range of cardio, resistance and free weight machinery neatly spaced in a light and airy building. Trainers are here to help and support you and if you need any help or advice to keep you on track come and speak to us, we're always on hand to assist.

Really good gym. Very easy to redeem code and staff very helpful. Loads of equipment to meet all needs from concept 2 rowing machines to weights etc.
When next you this way on business I will use again. Date of visit Jan 2019.

Same as the last review, I would highly recommended, the space in the gym was of a good size and the weights we're using are almost always available.
