VB Fitness offers a unique training experience that combines the expertise of personal training with the energy and affordability of group exercise. Unlike traditional gyms where members are left to train alone, their coaches actively guide multiple members at once, providing individual support, exercise modifications, and progression plans tailored to each person’s goals. Whether you’re training for weight loss, strength, fitness, rehabilitation, or general health, you’ll receive professional coaching within a supportive community environment. This allows members of all ages and abilities to benefit from personal training guidance without the cost of one-to-one sessions. Their focus is on structured, results-driven training, expert coaching, accountability, and creating a welcoming environment where everyone can progress at their own pace while training alongside others. Finding VB Fitness VB Fitness is located at the rear of Beehive Business Centre on Beehive Lane. From Beehive Lane, turn into Beehive Business Centre and continue straight through the main car park. Follow the road around the business units to the back of the estate. The gym is located behind the main buildings and has its own dedicated parking area. Please don’t stop at the first buildings you see when entering the estate. Continue all the way around to the rear of the site and you’ll find VB Fitness. Free parking is available on site. If you’re attending for the first time, they recommend allowing a few extra minutes to find them.
