About this gym
Please note:
COVID-19 Updates:- No booking is required for gym, swim or classes. However, please note at busy times, customers may have to wait a short time to get into the gym. For the pool and classes, drop in is available but subject to availability
- Please arrive "gym ready" and shower at home if possible. Changing rooms and showers are available but there is limited space
- Please wipe equipment before and after use
- Facemasks are to be worn in the hotel areas
- Towel hire and padlocks are no longer available, please bring your own
Please note that the swimming pool and spa are closed until Mid December.
Village Hotel Gym Cardiff offer a fantastic, fully air conditioned gym with all of the latest cardio and resistance equipment. Alongside this there is an Express Gym with two PowerPlate machines if you are short of time.
The 25m heated pool is great after a hard workout or you can chill out in the spa pool, steam room & sauna.

Drive: Just off the M4, J32.
Train: Short walk from Coryton Station

Lovely pool, quiet enough for a good swim, with fabulous and very clean facilities. Would definitely come again! Only shame is a single pass is quite expensive.
