The Exercise Club is not your typical gym. Located between Clifton and Redland and just outside Bristol City Centre, this fantastic gym is run by caring, attentive staff who always put the customers first. They welcome everyone, regardless of age and fitness abilities, but also specialise in rehabilitative training and training for older adults. The club boasts specialist resistance machines and on your first visit you will be guided on how to make the best use of them. They also have cardiovascular machines, such as treadmills and cross trainers to get your heart pumping! The Exercise Club is not just a gym, Its a community! To ensure every one can have an effective and non-restricted workout, a member of staff will rotate members from each machine after a certain amount of time, this way everyone gets a chance to utilise all of the great equipment in the gym! The Exercise Club prides themselves in being the friendliest gym in the Bristol area, and perfect for those looking to get in shape at their own pace in a more relaxed environment. Happy to have customers of all ages, the expert staff at this unique gym organise training for everyone and every level of ambitions. Ask them about their fantastic range of classes to switch up your usual workout routine!
