The gym in BS15 boasts a variety of cardio machines to get your heart pumping! You can choose from an array of equipment such as cross trainers, rowing machines, treadmills and execises bikes.
Their resistance training machines include the shoulder press, chest press, lat pull down and leg extension machine to name a few.
Weight training is an excellent way to tone up and increase muscle size. At Brunel Fitness Centre you can make use of the their dumbbells range that go up to 30 kg. They also have benches, cable machines, a smith machine and a squat rack.
Regardless of your fitness needs and goals, you'll find what works for you here, with the friendly staff at the ready to help you out and achieve the best version of you!
