Ideally located near Brighton Pier and beach, LivingWell Brighton Metropole welcomes everyone regardless of their fitness levels or goals! The health club has a fully equipped gym packed with state-of-the-art exercising equipment. Their cardio training range included treadmills, cross trainers, rowers and spin bikes to help you get your heart pumping and maximise calorie burn. You’ll find plenty of resistance training machines here as well, such as the lat pull down, leg curl and chest press just to name a few. All your weight training needs will be fulfilled with the abundance of equipment in the free weights area. The area boasts a range of dumbells, plate-loaded barbells, benches, and more to ensure you get a well-rounded workout. There’s also a good range of functional training kit here, such as kettlebells, medicine balls, and exercise rollers. After a vigorous gym session, why not relax in the 14-meter swimming pool and heated spa pool. The sauna and steam room are the perfect way to unwind! **How to find the venue** LivingWell Brighton Metropole is based on Kings Road, across the street you will see "The Queensbury Arms". The venue has parking available on-site – just remember to give your registration number to the reception staff. **Other Notes** Please be aware that the swimming pool will be partially occupied with children classes during the following days and hours: Tuesday: 12-12.30 pm, 1.30 - 4 pm Wednesday: 9.30-12 am-pm, 3-30 pm Thursday: 3-3.30 pm Friday: 10-12 am-pm, 12:15-12:45 pm
