Inside the gym you can find a great array of cardio machines to keep the calories coming down, including treadmills, exercise bikes and cross-trainers. There’s a good range of free-weights too, as well as a smith machine, cable machine, squat rack and bench press. Overall, this facility is great for those looking to keep fit, as well as those serious about their strength.
The site is on Cherry Grove, BH22, a short way from Wimborne Road and the A31. Drivers will be glad to hear that there’s parking available at no extra cost – what a treat! Get down quick.

Small and relatively basic gym that I probably wouldn't subscribe too if i lived locally (although an on-site pool is a draw), but perfectly adequate for a decent work-out when in the area - and inst that what pasyasugym is all about? Ample free parking too.
