Cheat's guide to bigger looking arms

If you’ve got designs on getting bigger arms, then you need to knock out a serious 6-8 weeks of consistent training in the gym, add a diet high in protein and some proper dedication.

While you’re working on that, try some of these hacks for starters to make your arms appear bigger:

Correctly sized sleeves

If you can fit more than two fingers down the side of your sleeves, then your tee-shirt is too baggy. Move down a size and get those biceps looking positively ripped!

It’s also worth noting that the sleeve should end just above your bicep’s mid-point. If it’s much lower it will highlight the narrower bits.

Into the fold

Turning up the sleeve on your tee is now a top trend. The seam that it produces makes your muscles appear larger, so it’s a winner!

Keep it heavy

Pick a weightier cotton and when you make the fold it will look bulkier, thus making your arms look bigger.

Go long

If you’re feeling a bit chillier and you need to cover up a bit, then it makes sense to go for long sleeves. But bear in mind, keep the top slightly tight to show the definition in your arms. Alternatively you could roll the sleeves up to mid-bicep height to have the same effect as your short T-shirt!
