Oats, cashews and tropical fruits are blended with a smidgen of turmeric and ginger to help calm inflammation, build strong muscles and boost your vitamin C levels. With plant-based protein it’s also a great choice for a post-workout snack. You can substitute the coconut water for any liquid of your choice such as almond, rice and coconut milk or orange juice.
It takes a slurping-quick 5 minutes to make, and buying ready-cut frozen tropical fruits will make it even quicker.
This is very similar to my own recipe except I use standard milk and also add chia seeds. Very nice, and certainly adds a summery feel to winter
