very good - lots of machines. limited free weight/bench/rack options but gym was quite quiet so was fine. may be difficult to use free weights if it was busy as only 1 pair of each weight.

Overall very impressed. Was quiet when I arrived which was good as there only tends to be one set of equipment ie one set of dumbbells, one squat rack, one dual-assist cable flys etc but was busy by the time I left and most equipment was being used. Go with a flexible workout routine in mind!!
