No outdoor shoes allowed on martial arts training area. MYGYM Bristol near Portland Square is an exciting Martial Arts, Fitness and Olympic Weightlifting Gym. Located in central Bristol by Cabot Circus. MYGYM Bristol prides themselves in being a gym for the people. It is their mission to enable everybody to reach their max potential by using proven training, testing methods and strength equipment. All within a friendly vibrant community based atmosphere. The club focuses on applying the correct training methods and recording the most important factors of fitness while you develop the building blocks of super athletic or just fitter you. You will find a whole host of combat sports filled with motivated combat athletes here making a true Martial arts training centre in Bristol. There are also cardio machines in the cardio area of the gym. Their classes include Olympic Taekwondo, Krav Maga, Jiu Jitsu, Capoeira and softer arts like Yoga - ask more about these from the gym staff.
