About this gym

Based in the heart of Barnstaple, the Fitin30 Gym leads the fitness industry when it comes to helping women reach their fitness goals. The testimonials from their members show this and their passion for fitness and wellbeing. They have specialist equipment and they adjust the exercise programmes quite often in order for their customers to feel the benefits quickly. The gym covers two floors and because they want their customers to have a nice place to relax and catch up with friends after a workout, they created a welcoming reception area by adding a sofa, tables, chairs and complimentary drinks machines. On the ground floor, you will find 2 areas, one with specialist equipment for quick workouts and another area for classes and Personal Training sessions. The number of participants in the classes is limited for safety reasons and this ensures there’s a good view of the instructor. The first floor is used for classes like Yoga, Stretch and Balance, staying strong and maintaining our flexibility is very important as we go through life and metabolism changes.
