énergie Fitness Cheadle is a smart affordable gym providing quality equipment, experienced and helpful staff, and a motivational atmosphere. Whether you are an experienced gym user or new to the gym world, this gym provides all the cardio, resistance, free weights, functional and stretch equipment you will need for a great workout. The top-of-the-range cardio machines include Precor Treadmills, Bikes, Recumbent Bikes, X-Trainers and Stairmasters. They will get your heart pumping and can help reduce body fat, increase fitness levels and prevent the onset of health problems. The resistance range includes Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Ab Crunch, Leg Press, Seated Row, Leg Extension, Leg Curl and Rear Delt/Pec Fly. With the ability to work every muscle group in the body, these resistance machines can help with strength building and toning. There are also Plate Loaded machines in the form of Chest Press, Seated Row and Lat Pulldown. The functional training area includes TRX Suspension Training which uses bodyweight exercise and simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Kettle bells, cable machines, as well as abs and stretch equipment, are also available. The gym benefits from clean and spacious changing rooms. Please note the lockers require padlocks, so either bring your own or purchase them at the club. There are hair-driers available, and showers in each changing room offer complimentary shower gel.
