Moulsecoomb Community Leisure Centre offers a wide range of equipment with cardiovascular equipment including cross trainers, stationary bicycles and treadmills and resistance machines too. There is a dedicated stretching area where strength and conditioning training can be carried out and free weights are also readily available. Every week at Moulsecoomb Community Leisure Centre there are more than 28 fitness classes and 2 dedicated training studios to enjoy the classes in. The most popular classes include Zumba and Les Mills group exercise classes, including body pump and body attack.
