We provide bespoke workout programs to suit your needs, a distribution of natural herbal supplements and personal care products. To find out more call to book or send us a text we are also on what's app and social media, or you can find us on Google. When you book we will call you to confirm the time. We run a self isolated facility where you will be VIP and you can train with your friends in a secure and private facility. Constantly evolving as a company, we liaise with an array of affiliates and other organisations, including great therapist, and various Olympic-level trainers. Your recovery and fitness goals is our number 1 priority, our team can train you in various training techniques and disciplines, including: - Functional Training - Weight Training - Calisthenics - Martial Arts - Boxing We have a range of equipment such as Squat Rack, Bench, Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Boxing/Kickboxing Facility, Free Weights, Bosu, TRX, cable machine, variation pull up bar, battle rope, tyre Hammer.
