About this gym

TwelveThree Boxing is more than just a full body work out, it’s about building confidence and leaving the gym on a positive high. The club welcomes novices right through to heavy weight pros to come into the team and try a mix of boxing and fitness classes. The coaches are friendly and equipped to provide you with the best training possible. The classes are up to 8 people only so you will a lot of one to one attention, training like a fighter and working up a sweat. These classes aim to teach you authentic boxing training from authentic boxers. But don’t worry if you don’t want contact, there are plenty of classes where contact is not necessary. With the sparring classes expect full contact. Classes include: Boxcon, Gloves On, Ring Craft etc. Expect to be taken through boxing drills, bag work and pads while also working on strength and conditioning to get you fighting fit. Gloves are provided and wraps are available to buy for £5. Complimentary towels included. Hussle pass holders should call ahead to book in their slot in the class. Try to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts.
