Located in PO30, Isle Be Fit is a friendly gym with a welcoming environment featuring a well-equipped gym with a wide range of cardio, resistance and free weight equipment, fully qualified and experienced instructors, personal training, changing rooms, toilets, shower facilities and free WIFI! Isle Be Fit features a spacious and well-maintained gym fully equipped with all of the essentials! The gym features a great range of free weights consisting of a wide variety of dumbbells, kettle bells, barbells, weighted plates, weight resistance machines, plate loaded machines, cable machines, benches, squat racks, a smith machine and more! The Open plan gym at Isle Be Fit also features a separate cardio section with a matt area, a punch bag, plenty of cardio machines to choose from such as treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes, a stepper, rowing machines, X-Trainers, Arm Bikes and other various cardio vascular equipment! You can find Isle Be Fit located in Newport town Centre, Isle of Wight, opposite Hurst’s, the gym is signposted but is set back through a small alley.
