About this gym

Lockers are provided - £1 is required to use them which is refundable.Teme Ludlow offer a first class fitness suite comprising of 50 stations that makes waiting for equipment a thing of the past. It is complete with the latest cardiovascular/resistance machines and free weights, which is among the various pieces of equipment offered.
The Fitness Suite is fully supervised by dedicated fitness instructors who are available to guide, assist and motivate customers on each and every visit. All new customers will be provided a supportive induction process, if they wish, to build confidence and ensure a tailor-made programme is developed to meet their personal requirements.
The main swimming pool is a 25m long, 6 lane pool, with a 1m spring board and a 3m highboard. A flume is available at the weekends and school holidays.
