The Soma Centre is located in the five star Royal Garden Hotel, it's philosophy is a holistic approach combining complementary therapies and mind body exercise. The perfect solution to today's hectic lifestyle.
Soma is more luxurious than a private health club and offers a personal service, focusing on health–related fitness rather than traditional routines that work on the body image through muscle building. The combination of Biomechanical testing, Yoga, Pilates, personal training and complementary therapies treats the whole person.
The brainchild and passion of fitness guru, Carolan Brown, former personal trainer to Diana Princess of Wales, the soma centre represents a unique concept. Carolan believes that the way to a stress free life is through combining mental awareness and appropriate diet with an exercise programme relevant to the way you live.
The site is easily accessed, just a short walk from High Street Kensington station (Circle & District lines) and has numerous bus routes running past the entrance along Kensington High Street. It also benefits from having a car park on-site, however this is NOT included in the Pass price and must be paid for separately.

Nice athmosphere in this small gym. Not many weights and machines but the cardio machines are top notch. Friendly people and I like the sauna in the changing room. Will come again.
