The Gym is WOMEN ONLY from 0815-0945 on Saturday and Sunday. Lockers here require a Padlock, please bring your own as they are NOT available to buy at reception.The Lions Den Gym is a gym where you can do anything! From weights, cardio and boxing in our bag room which is complete with boxing ring, to Martial Arts classes, Body Pump, Spinning, Zumba and Yoga, there is something for everyone. They also have saunas, showers and changing facilities. Please note classes are available at an extra cost, please enquire directly with reception.
This site is in a great location close to public transport links and has free parking. If you're looking for a friendly, relaxed centre with approachable, knowledgeable and passionate staff to help you with all your training needs then come along and see for yourself!

The first impression I got is not impressive. I joined this gym for Sauna facility and it was not working from the very first day of my joining. I bought 1 month pass and the Sauna was not working for 1 month.
