About this gym
Please note:
COVID19 Updates:- The last booking is at 8 pm
- The gym session is limited to 60 minutes.
- There are no changing rooms available or lockers, there is still a toilet and provisions for hand washing.
- Towels cannot be taken into the gym but tissue, antibacterial wipe sand hand sanitiser is available in the gym.
- There is a one-way system through the gym and some cardio equipment is out of action for social distancing.
Manor Health Club in Wokingham is located at the discreet St Annes Manor Hilton just off the A329 between Reading and Bracknell and is an 8-minute drive (2.1 miles) from the centre of Wokingham. Parking is provided on site free of charge.
The gym can be found through the hotel reception entrance to your left however staff are always available if you have any issues finding the gym.
Inside the airconditioned gym you will find set areas dedicated to specific areas including functional training, cardio, strength and conditioning. There is plenty of equipment available through the venue with a free weights area including dumbbells, various bars; EZ and long bars for benching, squats and deadlifting accompanied by adjustable benches and racks to work on building the muscle. The cardio area is equipped with treadmills, rowers, bikes to name a few.
The venue also boasts a 14m heated indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna and spa pool to relax in after a gruelling workout, giving you the perfect balance between hard work and relaxation.
Changing rooms are also available with showers. Please note towels and padlocks for the lockers are not provided.

Always fairly quiet, and a good range of kit. The free weight area could do with another bench, has a good cable machine. Beware of the speed bumps on the way in - was informed they are within legal limit however my bog standard estate car scrapped over at very low speed and sustained damage

The pool wasn't very clean and the showers were smelly. Hard to put padlock onto lockers. Gym nice, and quiet.

Very small hotel gym with limited equipment, some needing maintenance/repair. Tired pool area, needed cleaning. Small sauna ok, steam room disappointing. I would not recommend this gym.
