The gym at Astley sport village is very good. With a nice range of machines and weights. Although quite small the gym never seems to be overly busy but a benefit of its smaller size is it means that a staff member is never far away. I've been visiting for 7 weeks and highly recommend it.

Very enjoyable and not too busy. Showers could do with updating and possibly a sauna or jacuzzi.

Nice gym, spacious, nice staff, tv's on the walls, music playing, changing rooms, good classes (especially boxercise) well worth a visit.

Fantastic Gym - great range of machines (all new) although free weights area was very small but I didn't have trouble accessing the weight machines/free weights as the time I went it was very quiet.
