This motivating and diverse ethos is apparent in the varied and applicable fitness of many of its members. LivingWell Cardiff boasts a twenty-metre pool to relax in or get some laps under your belt (or swimming costume).
Included within your Pass price is an Aquaerobics class which is held at 10am on Mondays and Fridays. This class will last 45 minutes and is subject to availability.
They also have a wide selection of fitness equipment for when you’re sweating solo. Whether you like to push yourself on the free weights and resistance machines or build your stamina on their vast array of cardiovascular equipment - they have it all ready and waiting for you.
LivingWell gym is situated in the centre of Cardiff, close to the Millennium Stadium and Cardiff Arms Park and just a short stroll from Cardiff Queen Street station. This central location allows the gym to be accessible for everyone living and working in and around Cardiff centre as well as easy to locate for Hussle users just visiting for a few days.

All good, just there should be more clear signage of what is allowed and what is not. For example people taking their phones to the sauna or creating a pool on the locker room floor perhaps.
