I'm used to a higher standard of gyms, so my experience wasn't a great one. The equipment is old and in need of some attention. A few pieces of equipment weren't very user friendly and could be dangerous to inexperienced gym users; the leg extension machine couldn't be adjusted for my height.

Overall a really good value gym. Really friendly staff and not too busy either. So I was able to get in and out fairly promptly. Everything you need machine/free weight wise, as well as plenty of cardio equipment.

Equipment is older than I'm used to, but is in good working order.
