In the Free Weights section, Flat, Incline and Decline benches are included, alongside Olympic Plates and Bars and Dumbbells up to 55KG and Barbells up to 50KG.
Not forgetting how important the stretching is both before and after a workout, a dedicated area is ideal for taking the time to stretch out before you hit the gym hard. It includes medicine balls and a matted floor.
If you’re after group exercise class then there is Zumba. The gym even has a climbing wall which is perfect for upper body strength and trying to reach greater heights!
A Shakes Bar is on-site and includes dietary supplements.
