Thomas Parmiter sports centre is located by the Parmiter school WD25 which is just a short drive, no more than thirteen minutes from the M25 and M1. Alternatively, there are various bus routes that will take you close to the facility and four train stations within a three mile radius with Garston station being the closest just 1.6 miles from the venue. The Facilities has a variation of equipment to suit your fitness needs from pumping iron to sweating out the calories on the treadmill. The gym offers a range of kit including, plated machines, adjustable benches, a selection of free weights and cardio vascular machines so you can get the very most out of your workout regardless of what your goals may be. Thomas Parmiter staff provide friendly and helpful staff who are always able to assist however need be, this creates a friendly and relaxed environment for all its users.
