About this gym

We are closed until further notice. **The gym is closed until further notice, but you can join our online strength training classes at https://strengthambassadors.com/book Strength Hub E15 is a specialist strength training gym in London West Ham with a coaching and community emphasis. They are small, friendly team at Strength Hub and welcome all keen lifters. So regardless of whether you are an experienced lifter or someone starting their journey the Strength Hub wants to help. They are equipped for powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, strongman and general strength and conditioning. They are a free weights gym - they only have one cardio machine (a rower). Otherwise it's barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and odd objects. The gym has 3 power racks & 4 lifting platforms, and 4 sets of bumper plates. There is extensive strongman equipment, including tyres, atlas stones, logs, yoke, kegs, axle, farmers handles, prowlers, sleds, sandbags etc. They have space for lighter bodyweight and athletic preparation work, with a selection of stretch bands, plyo boxes, slam balls, sled and sprint harness etc. The gym is a 5 minute walk from West Ham station and has free parking. There is a selection of protein bars, shakes, water and energy drinks for sale in the gym.
