COVID19 Updates: - Please call the club in advance to check the capacity and book a slot. If you don't book your slot, register on the NHS app or provide your ID, the club will refuse entry. - Gym session restricted to 1 hour - You must bring a government-issued photo ID - driving license or passport so we can confirm your identity. - You must wear a mask when entering the gym - Don’t come in unless you are completely symptom-free. - Stay 2m away from other members. - Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly. - Clean your workout space and equipment after use. It doesn’t matter whether you're a beginner or a gym regular, Energie Fitness Woolwich welcomes everyone into their gym. They pride themselves on their customer service, providing the best equipment and an energetic atmosphere that will help you reach your fitness goals. Being part of the Energie brand you know you’ll have access to the latest workout equipment that provides you with the best real-life simulation to ensure you get the workout you need. Energie Fitness provides a wide variety of classes aimed at helping you really enjoy your fitness journey. They even have an Energie Fitness app to help you keep track of your workout. If you’re looking to speed up the results you get from your workout then there are personal trainers on hand who would be happy to offer advice. Personal Training sessions aren’t available with your pass so please speak to a member of staff for more information. You’ll find this gym on Hare Street just off the A206. If you are coming by public transport then Woolwich Arsenal DLR would be the closest rail station. Alternatively, you could get the number 51 bus to which stops right outside of the gym.
