About this gym

Frontline Fitness is a studio in Grantham for people who want high intensity workouts to gain maximum results. They have a wide range of equipment for circuit and functional training including ropes, TRX, sled, tyres and much more. Or if you're looking to improve fitness there is also a number of cardio machines including watt bikes, rowers and skiers. Not to forget a number of free weights including dumbbells, squat racks and kettlebells. The gym is based on Limesquare business park just a ten minute drive to the centre of Grantham.
