As part of the government measures to control the spread of COVID-19, all gyms in the UK are going to close temporarily. Unfortunately, this means that for a while, you won’t be able to use your Hussle pass at any of the facilities in the UK.


Just like you, we hope this will be a short-term measure and we will do everything we can to resolve this situation as quickly as possible. What we do know, and are keen to reassure you of, is that you won’t lose out. We’ve got all the right measures in place to make sure of this.


If you have an unused Day Pass(es) or FitFix Pass(es) in your account that you can’t use right now, don’t worry. Hussle will be extending the expiration date of all passes until the 31st of August. If that time isn’t enough, we’ll extend it further.


If you have a Monthly+ Pass, you don’t need to cancel it. Because as always, Hussle is about flexibility. This means you can just pause it and come back to it when you’re ready. 


All you need to do is log into your account and go to “Settings”. Scroll down to “Manage membership” and pause it until gyms reopen. As soon as the gyms are reopened, your pass will start up again automatically. You’ll receive an email to let you know when this happens. Make sure you have SMS and emails switched on relating to My Account so you don’t miss it.


Whatever your situation, and however long it lasts, we promise that it will be here waiting for you.


When you pause your pass, you keep all your discounts and make it much easier to get started again.


So, just press pause. There are no costs to pause, and when you start back up again, your first renewal will be free. One less thing to worry about.
