Practising gratitude is important for a happy mind, body, and soul. For re-framing our perspective and focusing on the positive. Some days that’s easier to do than others, so here’s some ideas to get you started.

Things to look forward to: the sunshine, the bank holiday weekend, Hussle’s round up of home workouts.

30-minute morning Vinyasa from Yoga Dose

Some mornings call for an energising Yoga flow. If you wake up, stare at your dumbbells, and feel tired already, this Vinyasa flow is the perfect alternative to get your body and mind awakened. Feel the blood flowing and the breath going. Take this time to check in with yourself.

Kayla’s at home cardio

Everybody seems to be running now, but maybe that isn’t for you. Or you’re just not in the mood. Doesn’t mean you can’t get your cardio on from home. Kayla’s cardio exercises can be used as part of a wider circuit or done alone for a heart raising session.

AT HOME CARDIO #BBGatHome #SWEATatHome One of the most popular requests I receive is for at home cardio alternatives. For anyone that is looking to do cardio at home, here are some of my favourite exercises. You can do these separately for a warm up or you can combine them in a circuit for your own high intensity cardio session. 🙌 ⠀⠀⠀ ✅Jumping Jack – 20 reps ✅Plank Jack – 20 reps ✅High Knees – 30 reps (15 each side) ✅Mountain Climber – 30 reps (15 each side) ✅Skipping – 50 reps ✅Shoulder Tap – 20 reps ⠀⠀⠀ Save this workout and try it today! 💪✨ ⠀⠀⠀ www.kaylaitsines.com/BBGatHome ⠀⠀⠀ #BBGathome #SWEATathome #BBG  #BBGbeginner #BBG2020 #cardioworkout #athomecardio

Shadow boxing HIIT session from Nate Bower Fitness

If now’s not the time to try something new, then when is. This beginner’s shadow boxing HIIT combines traditional boxing moves with a high tempo, high intensity circuit. Giving you a full body burn whilst testing your speed and agility too. AJ, watch your back.

Richard’s bodyweight legs

Just what you’ve been looking for. A way to work out the legs without any equipment. Bodyweight only. These 5 exercises will engage all the major muscle groups in your lower body and might make it difficult for you to stand up in the morning.
