Elliot’s 5 exercise full body
This circuit is made up of 5 simple but intense body weight exercises. Starting with 50 of the first exercise, 40 of the second, then 30, 20, 10. Aim for 4 rounds and rest for just 60 seconds between each round. Not for the faint-hearted.
