The world of podcasts can be hard to navigate. Rising in popularity over the past few years, there’s now hundreds of thousands to explore. Every influencer and his dog now has a podcast. From awful to amazing and everything in between. It makes it hard to know what’s worth giving a go.

When it comes to health and fitness, we want the information to be insightful, educational, and accurate. With a little bit of entertainment thrown in too.
